About You 

1 Should you not be able to make the trip for whatever reason and you cancel 14 days or more before the departure date, you’ll get a full refund.
2 If you cancel 7 days or more before the departure date, you’ll get a 50% refund.
3 Any less than that payment will be forfeited, but you’ll get a 50% discount on the next sailing trip, we can’t say fairer than that! 
4 We now publish who our sailing trips appeal to so that you are informed of what to expect, but If you do join us and are not happy (unfortunately it has happened to two people in 11 years) % refunds are discretionary 

About Us

1 If something breaks and we have to abandon the trip (not yet happened in 11 years, but just in case) we will offer an alternative sailing date to you.
2 If we have to cancel for whatever reason, you’ll get the option to move the booking to the next available trip or a full refund 
3 If the weather is looking ominous F6/7 and possibly rising we’ll put you notice that the trip is looking likely to be cancelled. You’ll get three options, but just let us know what you would prefer in advance.
3.1 To join us on Friday night and stay on the Yacht and £25 would be deducted from your refund 
3.2 Move the booking to the next available trip 
3.3 Full refund 

NB. Dinner bookings - unfortunately if we have to cancel, we cannot offer refunds on dinner arrangements but we do cover the costs of pre-booked mooring.
